Anju completed both her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. With a solid foundation in human movement from her experience as a Kinesiologist, she brings a comprehensive understanding of physical fitness to her practice.
Her primary goal is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients, enabling them to achieve their physical goals and continue enjoying their passions and activities. She is dedicated to working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, offering treatment for a wide range of orthopaedic conditions.
Her treatment approach is characterized by a significant emphasis on patient education, therapeutic exercises tailored to individual needs, manual therapy techniques, and empowering clients with self-management strategies. By combining evidence-based practice with personalized care, she strives to optimize her clients' recovery and long-term well-being.
Outside of work you can find her spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, reading, baking, and learning how to play guitar.
